Biography

Radoslaw received the bachelor of science degree in applied computing science in 2008 and the PhD degree in computational biology in 2013, both from the University of East Anglia, Norwich, United Kingdom. His PhD work focused primarily on algorithms and distance measures for phylogenetic networks and multilabelled trees. His current research is largely concerned with genomics and transcriptomics of bread wheat. For this, he develops high performance computational pipelines. Radoslaw also develops web applications for integration and visualization of biological data. He is also involved in Linux system administration.
